Exercise 1: (TRICEP DIPS) Para mas intense pwede kayong gumamit ng upuan.
Exercise 2: (CLOSE-GRIP PUSH-UP) Regular push-ups target pectoral muscle, or chest muscle, and close-grip push-ups is for triceps naman, or arm muscles. Just like what I did on the video, hands should be close to each other and everytime na ibababa nyo ung katawan ninyo, kaylangan ang elbow papunta sa waist, NEVER PA-SIDE.
EXERCISE 3: (PLANK) Observe proper posture. Aligned dapat ang back and hips kaya wag kukuba!
EXERCISE 4: (PRAYER PULSE) Rule number one, kaylangan lageng magkadikit ang siko, arms at kamay. Walang bitawan guys!
Nag-start lang ako mag-exercise 2 months ago. Tamad talaga ako magworkout and the only reason why I’m not gaining weight is because of my way of eating. I want to be fit and healthy kaya kahit tinatamad, tuloy pa den.
