I lost OVER 100 pounds on the keto diet . The is exactly what I ate on the ketogenic diet while I was losing weight in 2019 and my exact meal plan while I lost a total of 130lbs! No sugar , no carbs Weight loss meal ideas❤️. Here are easy Keto recipes and what i ate in a day on keto.
PLEASE DO NOT USE COUNTRY CROCK. USE REAL BUTTER. I USED IT AS A LAST RESORT BECAUSE I DIDN’T HAVE ANYTHING ELSE.
Oils and fat:
Avocado oil, Brain Octane Oil, cacao butter, cod liver oil, grass-fed butter and ghee, krill oil, MCT oil, pastured bacon fat, pastured egg yolk, pastured lard, pastured marrow, pastured tallow, sunflower lecithin, virgin coconut oil,cheese.
Asparagus, avocado, bitter greens, bok choy, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, celery, chard, collards, cucumbers, endive, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, nori, olives, radish, spinach, summer squash, zucchini.
Preferably stay away from turkey .
Raw almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds.
Seasoning/ spice :
Apple cider vinegar, Ceylon cinnamon, cilantro, cocoa powder, coconut aminos (if tolerated), ginger, mustard, oregano, parsley, rosemary, sea salt, thyme, turmeric, vanilla bean, Olive oil, Pink himalyian sea salt ,Butter
Organic Coconut oil.
Black iced Coffee
Unsweetened almond milk/ coconut milk
Heavy whipping cream
Coffee w/ coconut oil and butter.
ONLY If you need to: Diet Soda
Allulose, non-GMO erythritol, maltitol, monk fruit, sorbitol, stevia, birch xylitol
