Common misconception about keto-low carb diet ay ito, gagawin lang ang keto or low carb para magpapayat. This is a diet change, or a lifestyle change. Gagagawin natin sya para maging healthy ang katawan, after that saka pa lang maglolose ng weight dahil nagbabawas na ung katawan natin ng mga unnecessary na fats and water sa katawan.

Weight loss is a result of being healthy while doing keto kaya once na reach na ang goal weight, tuloy-tuloy pa din naman sa pagkain ng low carb food.

Magbabago lang sa calories and daily carb intake. Kung na-reach nyo yung goal weight by adding calorie restriction sa diet ang very low na net carb daily, increase na lang ng paonti-onti pero same restrictions pa din.
