Paano pumayat ng mabilis?

Madami na din akong video na nagawa about sa pagpapapayat ng mabilis in a healthy and most effective way pero on this video isusumarize ko lahat ng yon.

I am doing this video as a guide sa "the biggest loser" challenge ng ating facebook group, Dietry ng Pinoy, na nagsimula kahapon, Nov 23, at magtatapos sa Dec 23.

5 Basic Rules Para Pumayat ng Mabilis Through Keto and Low Carb Diet

Rule No. 1 – Kain lang ng basic meals. Eggs and poulty, meat, fish and seafood. Iwas muna sa mga meat na may preservatives, kahit na keto approved pa.

Rule No. 2 – Inom lang ng basic drinks. Water, herbal tea, black coffee and apple cider vinegar. Iwas muna sa mga keto-approved drinks na gawa sa factory tulad ng g active, rite n lite, and diet sodas.

Rule No. 3 – Salt. Preferably himalayan salt and sea salt pero kahit iodized salt pwede din naman. We have to increase our salt intake daily para maiwasan ang keto flu.

Rule No. 4 – Kain daily ng low carb veggies. Hindi kaylangan tipidin ang sarili sa pagkain ng low carb veggies dahil meron naman tong mataas na fiber na makakatulong sa pag-excrete ng toxins sa katawan. Maliban pa dito, sagana din ang low carb veggies sa vitamins and minerals na makakatulong para sa pagiwas kay keto flu.

Kung hindi mahilig kumain ng gulay, pwede ding organ meat nalang ang kainin.

Rule No. 5 – No to snacks. Iwas muna sa kahit na anong keto/low carb snacks. Tumitigil ang pag-burn ng katawan natin sa stored fats twing kumakain tayo kaya siguraduhin na itigil ang pagkain ng snacks. To do this, every time na nagugutom kain agad ng big meal para hindi agad magutom.

Only eat when hungry, stop pag busog na.

Tips para mas mapabilis ang weight loss.

Combine naten ang diet, ketogenic or low carb diet, sa intermittent fasting. Mas matagal na fast mas madaming stored fats ang mabuburn.

Exercise daily para tulungan ang katawan natin na magburn pa lalo ng fats. Maliban pa dito, makakasiguro din tayo na maganda yung kalalabasan ng weight loss natin dahil magiging firm at strong ang muscles.

Rest and don’t be stressed. Diet lang yan. Hindi natin kalaban ang ibang tao sa challenge na to. Kung biglang napa-cheat, move on na agad. Balik healthy way of eating, dagdagan pa ng fasting and exercise para makabawi.

NEVER compare your weight loss results to anyone. Kanya-kanya tayo ng journey at walang malaki walang maliit na progress sa journey na to. Gawin lang ng tama at laging piliin kung ano ang mas healthy.

Wag na wag po tayong magcacaloric restriction na 500-1000 calories lang ang kakainin per day. Yes, malaki ang weight na mawawala sayo daily pero araw araw mo ding pinapabagal ang metabolism mo. Safest way to do caloric restriction is to just deduct 500 calories pero day sa TDEE mo.

Wag kakalimutan, health before weight loss ang goal natin.
