No, hindi ka makikickout sa ketosis dahil wala naman syang sugar and carbs pero makaka-cause sya ng pag-stall ng weight mo. BTW, any food na inflammatory nakaka-cause sa pag-stall ng weight.
Strict/Clean keto – NOT ALLOWED.
Lazy Keto – Yes, in moderation.
Dirty keto – Yes.
Kung nag-keketo or low carb ka dahil meron kang PCOS, diabetes, heart disease, or any inflammatory disease then bawal na bawal to sayo dahil, again, inflammatory sya.
We don’t promote inflammatory foods sa group na ‘to dahil hindi din naman maganda sa health. Health kase ung primary concern ng group na to, not just weight loss. It’s better to make your own mayo if mejo pricey ung keto-approved mayo.
Isa din ako sa mga nabiktima ng chismis na keto approved si kewpie, which is totoo naman pero for dirty keto naman pala, kaya sorry for the confusion. Wala kaseng ingredients sa bottle kaya tiwala nalang ako date sa chismis HAHAHAH.
Lesson learned. Wag makikinig sa chismis, laging i-check ang ingredients.
